2022 Vignoles

The juice and skins "cold-soaked" for 24 hours before pressing and fermentation to maximize flavors and give the finished wine a nice round mouth feel. The finish is off-dry finish, with medium body, and crisp acidity.  Flavors will remind you of honey, apricot, citrus, or golden apple.

Try Vignoles with spicy Asian dishes, Grilled Salmon, Ceasar salad, Nutty Cheeses, or Cheesecake.

Harvest July 29-31, 2022 Watkins Vineyard, Ada, OK

Cold fermentation, 2/3rds in stainless steel, 1/3rd in barrel 

Aged in stainless steel

pH 3.6, total acidity 7.5 g/L

Residual sugar 1.5%

Off-dry finish
